International Quilt Festival

A couple of weekends ago, mom & I had the opportunity to go to the International Quilt Festival (since it moved to Cincinnati – wahoo!). We went on a bus trip with Quilt Beginnings and it was a blast! Below are some pictures we snapped from the different exhibits. Enjoy! …





The quilt’s colors (above) were created using colored pencils. The quilter colored on the white fabric once the design was stitched. Amazing!

The last two pictures above are the same quilt. The designer created a design on the back of her quilt to give it an extra punch.
